| Hiberno, Knin, began in 2002 and fully became a d.o.o. (Limited Company) in 2003. With Alan Moore, B.A., M.S.M., as its Chief Director, Hiberno concentrated in the fields of Sport, Tourism and Education. The company expanded it's operations in May 2004 by launching a full Real Estate section, having previously assisted as contact between International buyers and Croatian agencies. Since this time the Real Estate section has grown to develop a wide-ranging database of properties numbering over 250 properties and covering the country, both coast and inland. The honesty and security in Hiberno's dealing bore fruit in 2005 when Internationally recognised Property Agencies made the company their sole agent and contact in the country. Property Partners of Ireland, FX Property of the UK, Gottex Funds of U.S.A., Al Shariofy-Al Harbi of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia all retain Hiberno as their valuable link to the hottest market in Europe. While the Real Estate section continued and continues to grow, Hiberno have remained to the forefront in it's initial fields of interest, as well as adding community development to it's list of activity. In November 2004 the company was asked to draw up a plan to develop the beautiful village of Siveric and in March 2005 was recognised by the local government for it's efforts and initiatives for doing so. At present Hiberno is assisting the development of facilities in Siveric including the building of South-East Europe's first Pitch and Putt Course, and the development of Croatia's second oldest soccer club's facilities. Having worked with Croatia's oldest soccer club and former League Champions, Hajduk Split, Hiberno have gained excellent access to the sports market and have already successfully organised and run sports training camps, International exchanges and will, in Easter 2006, manage one of the biggest soccer tournaments in Croatia, which will again be given International status. Hiberno began in April 2004 to develop plans to organise a Rugby Club that would initially be based in Knin but within 5 years to represent the whole of Sibenik-Knin County. Newly re-registered this is already a success with a vibrant Junior section now ready to operate from 3 locations, Sibenik, Siveric and Knin. Great recognition was gained by Hiberno when it was invited by the Drnis Town Council to work on the development of the area in June 2005. At present Hiberno is in negotiations with investors to develop sites in the area to increase an already steady flow of tourist income for the town and area. At present Hiberno has it's head office in Knin's historical Sinobadi district, and will open a permanent office in Drnis. With it's growing list of employees Hiberno has become a recognised and valued addition to the area, and will continue to assist in the development and recognition of one of Europe's most beautiful regions. |
